摘要
文中采用粉煤灰与矿粉制备超细复合掺合料,研究原材料矿物组成、化学成分、微观形貌与粒径分布,对比两者混合研磨、先研磨粉煤灰原灰后与矿粉混合的方式对超细复合掺合料的影响。研究发现,当粉煤灰原灰与矿粉比例为48∶52,混合研磨20 min,超细复合掺合料28 d活性指数最高可达108.7%,优于先球磨研磨粉煤灰原灰15 min后再与矿粉混合的方法。
In the article,ultra-fine composite admixtures were prepared using fly ash and mineral powder,and the mineral composition,chemical composition,microstructure,and particle size distribution of the raw materials were studied.The effects of mixed grinding,first grinding the fly ash and then mixing with mineral powder on the ultra-fine composite admixtures were compared.Research has found that when the ratio of fly ash raw ash to mineral powder is 48:52,when the two are mixed and ground for 20 minutes,the highest activity index of the ultra-fine composite admixture after 28 days can reach 108.7%,which is better than the method of first grinding fly ash raw ash for 15 minutes before mixing with mineral powder.
