石墨烯复合橡胶沥青流变性能研究

摘要 为提高沥青路面的耐久性,延长重交通沥青路面的使用寿命,文中采用氧化石墨烯(GO)和橡胶粉(RP)作为复合改性剂对基质沥青进行改性,分析了复合改性沥青在不同温度和频率下的高温流变特性。结果表明,复合改性沥青在低温下具有良好的流变性能,表面相对光滑,改善了橡胶粉在基质沥青中的离析问题。添加氧化石墨烯后,橡胶粉改性沥青的R值增加了21.2%。观察不可恢复蠕变柔量值发现,GO/RP复合改性沥青的最小值为3.115,比橡胶粉改性沥青低31.3%。两者均表明,GO/RP复合改性沥青具有更好的蠕变恢复能力。 In order to improve the durability of asphalt pavement and prolong the service life of heavy traffic asphalt pavement,graphene oxide(GO)and rubber powder(RP)were used as composite modiators to modify matrix asphalt.The high temperature rheological properties of composite modified asphalt at different temperatures and frequencies were analyzed.The results show that the composite modified asphalt has good rheological properties at low temperature,the surface is relatively smooth,and the segregation problem of rubber powder in the matrix asphalt is improved.After adding graphene oxide,the R-value of rubber powder modified asphalt was increased by 21.2%.By observing the non-recoverable creep compliance value,it is found that the minimum value of GO/RP composite modified asphalt is 3.115,31.3%lower than that of rubber powder modified asphalt.Both results show that GO/RP composite modified asphalt has better creep recovery ability.
