碳纳米管水泥基纤维增强复合材料压敏性能研究

摘要 文中对比分析了几种不同碳纳米管掺量试件的电阻变化规律,评价碳纳米管水泥基纤维增强复合材料的压敏性能。试验结果表明,随着多壁碳纳米管掺量的增加,电阻率将减低并最终趋于稳定,同时,试件压敏性存在差异。当多壁碳纳米管掺量为胶凝材料质量的0.1%时,电阻变化率幅度较大,可以达到0.133,此时,碳纳米管复合材料具备较好的自感知特性,可应用于结构健康监测研究。 This study compared the resistance changes of several specimens with different carbon nanotube dosages to evaluate the pressure sensitive performance of carbon nanotube cement-based fiber reinforced composites.The experimental results show that as the content of multi walled carbon nanotubes increases,the resistivity will decrease and eventually stabilize.At the same time,there are differences in the pressure sensitivity of the specimens.When the content of multi walled carbon nanotubes is O.1%of the mass of the cementitious material,the change rate of resistance is relatively large,reaching O.133.At this time,carbon nanotube composite materials have good self sensing properties and can be applied to structural health monitoring research.
