环氧剂掺量对热拌环氧沥青性能的影响研究

摘要 文中就环氧剂掺量对环氧沥青相容性、抗裂性能和抗拉强度的影响进行研究。结果表明,环氧树脂在低掺量条件下,上下部位的软化点之差基本不变;当环氧树脂掺量超过40%时,环氧树脂改性沥青上下部位的软化点之差与环氧树脂沥青呈现骤增正相关关系;环氧树脂沥青的断裂伸长率与环氧树脂掺量呈现负相关关系;环氧树脂沥青的拉伸强度与环氧树脂掺量呈现正相关关系。综合软化点之差、断裂伸长率及拉伸强度与环氧树脂掺量的演变规律,环氧树脂最佳掺量为30%。 In this paper,the influence of epoxy agent content on the compatibility,crack resistance and tensile strength of epoxy asphalt was studied.The results show that the difference of softening points of upper and lower parts is basically unchanged under the condition of low epoxy resin content.When the content of epoxy resin is more than 40%,the difference of softening points of upper and lower parts of epoxy resin modified asphalt shows a sharply increased positive correlation with epoxy resin asphalt.On the whole,the elongation at break of epoxy resin asphalt is negatively correlated with the content of epoxy resin.The tensile strength of epoxy resin asphalt is positively correlated with the content of epoxy resin.Considering the difference of softening point,elongation at break,tensile strength and the evolution law of epoxy resin content,the optimal epoxy resin content in this study is 30%.
