摘要
为研究锂渣掺量对磷酸镁水泥相关性能的影响,文中开展了单掺锂渣的磷酸镁水泥的凝结时间、抗压强度、物相分析和水化放热等试验。结果表明:掺入锂渣能显著改善磷酸镁水泥的力学性能;掺入锂渣会小幅度缩短磷酸镁水泥的终凝时间,影响幅度在15%左右;锂渣能有效降低磷酸镁水泥的放热速率和总放热量。
To study the influence of lithium slag dosage on the related properties of magnesium phosphate cement,e.g.the setting time,compressive strength,phase analysis,and hydration heat release of magnesium phosphate cement were carried out.The results show that lithium slag can significantly improve the mechanical properties of magnesium phosphate cement;the final setting time of magnesium phosphate cement will be shortened,and the influence range is about 15%;lithium slag can effectively reduce the heat release rate and total heat release of magnesium phosphate cement.
