摘要
文中旨在通过试验,评估不同混凝土防腐涂料在盐雾环境下的侵蚀性能,涉及混凝土试样的准备和多种防腐涂料的涂覆,包括环氧树脂、聚氨酯、丙烯酸、硅烷基和水性涂料。通过30 d的盐雾暴露试验,分析涂层的完整性、腐蚀程度、附着力及其物理和化学变化。试验结果显示,聚氨酯涂料因其出色的耐腐蚀性能和良好的附着力而表现最佳,环氧树脂涂料尽管轻微受损,也显示出良好的性能,硅烷基和水性涂料在极端环境下的表现较差。
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the corrosion behavior of different concrete anticorrosive coatings in salt spray environment.The test first involved the preparation of concrete specimens and the coating of a variety of anti-corrosion coatings,including epoxy,polyurethane,acrylic,silane and water-based coatings.The integrity,corrosion,Adhesion,physical and chemical reaction properties of the coating were analyzed through a 30-day salt spray exposure test.The test results show that the polyurethane coating performs best because of its excellent corrosion resistance and good adhesion.The epoxy paint,though slightly damaged,showed good performance.Silane-based and waterborne coatings perform poorly in extreme environments.
