摘要
富水砂层深基坑施工具有危险系数高、技术难度大、结构受力复杂等特征。文中以黑龙江省佳木斯市某办公楼项目为工程背景,针对松花江高漫滩地区所具有的工程地质和水文地质,采用以“钻孔灌注桩+管井降水”为核心的防护体系,通过合理设计、精心组织和全过程监测,有效控制了基坑变形,保障了施工安全,为类似工程提供参考。
The construction of deep foundation pits in water rich sand layers is characterized by high risk factors,high technical difficulty,and complex structural stress.The article takes a certain office building project in Jiamusi City,Heilongjiang Province as the engineering background.In response to the engineering geology and hydrogeology of the Songhua River high floodplain area,a protection system with"drilling and grouting piles+pipe well dewatering"as the core is adopted.Through reasonable design,careful organization,and full process monitoring,the deformation of the foundation pit is effectively controlled,ensuring construction safety,for reference.
