摘要
镇江关站1号五线特大桥A32^(#)-A39^(#)墩墩身高度5.3~24 m,站台梁采用支架法施工,模板采用工厂加工的定型钢模板。站台梁单孔长32.64 m,梁高1.8 m,底板宽3.4 m,顶板宽6 m。文中通过对模板工程进行优化,分析了滑动模板体系在多跨连续现浇梁施工中的滑动体系设计、施工技术和经济效益。
The pier height of A32^(#)-A39^(#)pier of Zhenjiangguan No.1 Super Large Bridge is 5.3~24 m.The platform beam is constructed by the support method,and the formwork is made of steel formwork.The length of the single hole of the platform beam is 32.64 m,the height of the beam is 1.8 m,the width of the bottom plate is 3.4 m,and the width of the top plate is 6 m.Through the optimization of formwork engineering,this paper describes the design,construction technology and economic benefit of sliding formwork system in the construction of multi-span continuous cast-in-place beam.
