基于污水管网缺陷管段的非开挖修复施工工艺探究

摘要 文中以某道路管段改造工程为例,重点探究了基于污水管网缺陷管段的非开挖修复施工工艺,根据项目中管段的缺陷特征,选用了静压裂管法、CIPP紫外光固化全内衬法、微型顶管法三项非开挖修复技术进行有效处理,分别从施工准备与施工要点两方面详细分析了其施工工艺,检测结果显示,上述修复技术的应用效果较好,以期为类似项目提供有效参考。 Taking a road pipe section renovation project as an example,this article focuses on exploring the non excavation repair construction technology based on the defect pipe section of the sewage pipeline network.Based on the defect characteristics of the pipe section in the project,three non excavation repair technologies,namely static pressure cracking method,CIPP UV curing full lining method,and micro jacking method,were selected for effective treatment.The construction process was analyzed in detail from two aspects:construction preparation and construction points,The test results show that the application effect of the above repair techniques is good,in order to provide effective referencefor similarprojects.
