基于跨既有高速公路连续钢箱梁滑移合龙施工控制技术

摘要 针对复杂地形和运营中的高速公路带来的施工挑战,文中采用无导梁滑移法,并结合无应力状态法进行理论分析和控制;通过有限元分析模型,研究了合龙阶段的结构行为和静力平衡方程,重点关注大位移小应变下的结构变化。实践表明,准确调整主、边墩上钢箱梁的位置,可有效控制合龙口的偏差,保障结构对接和力学性能。 In response to the construction challenges brought by complex terrain and operating highways,the non guided beam sliding method is adopted,combined with the stress free state method for theoretical analysis and control.Through finite element analysis models,the structural behavior and static equilibrium equations during the closure stage were studied,with a focus on the structural changes under large displacement and small strain.Practice has shown that accurately adjusting the position of the steel box girder on the main and side piers can effectively control the deviation of the closure,ensuring structural docking and mechanical performance.
