基于复杂地质的水泥搅拌桩施工工艺研究

Research on Construction Technology of Cement Mixing Pile Based on Complex Geology

文中选取了路基工程中有代表性的两类地质,经试桩结果分析得出,采用“四喷四搅+桩顶3 m复搅复喷一次”施工工艺和进、提钻速度控制为300 r/min(0.65 m/min)的施工工艺满足搅拌桩成桩后的各项指标,且经济效益好,在同类工程中具有一定的参考价值。

In this paper,two representative types of geology in roadbed engineering are selected.Through analysis of pile test results,it is concluded that the construction technology of"four injection and four mixing+3 m pile top mixing and spraying once"and the construction technology of driving and lifting drilling speed control of 300 r/min(0.65 m/min)meet all the indicators after mixing pile formation,and the economic benefits are good.It has certain reference value in similar projects.
