摘要
工程变更造价管控是建设项目管理的重要环节。文中以某工程项目为例,分析该项目的可避免变更与不可避免变更情况,并从设计阶段、准备阶段、施工阶段、结算阶段四个方面提出了相应的造价咨询过程质量控制措施,总结了实施变更管控的方式,以期为类似项目提供有效参考。
Cost control of engineering changes is an important part of construction project management.Taking a certain project as an example,this article analyzes the situation of avoidable and unavoidable changes in the project,and proposes corresponding quality control measures for the cost consulting process from four aspects:design stage,preparation stage,construction stage,and settlement stage.It also summarizes the ways to implement change control,in order to provide effective reference for similar projects.
