含沙流下双吸泵磨蚀特性分析

摘要 为深入分析含沙流下双吸泵磨蚀特点,采用RNGk-ε模型计算获得叶片正背面的剪切力、泥沙分布及固液滑移速度等参数,进而基于正交试验法对含沙量、沙粒直径和进口流速等对磨蚀的影响进行分析。研究表明,在含沙流下,叶片正、背面沙粒多集中在进口处。固液滑移速度受沙粒直径影响最大,沙粒直径增大,固液滑移速度也随之增大。三种因素中,沙粒直径对双吸泵磨蚀的影响权重最大,含沙量其次,流量的影响相对较少。 In order to deeply analyse the abrasion characteristics of double-suction pump under sandy flow,the RNG model is used to calculate the shear force,sediment distribution and solid-liquid sliding speed of the front and back of the vane,and then analyse the influence of sand content,sand diameter and inlet flow rate on abrasion based on orthogonal test method.The study shows that under the sand content flow,the sand particles on the front and back of the blade are mostly concentrated at the inlet.The solid-liquid slip velocity is most affected by the sand grain diameter,and the solid-liquid slip velocity increases when the sand grain diameter increases.Among the three factors,the sand particle diameter has the greatest weight on the influence of double suction pump abrasion,followed by sand content,and the influence of flow rate is relatively less.
