摘要
为进一步提升采煤机的生产效率和可靠性,以采煤机牵引传动系统为研究对象,在对其结构及主要参数综合分析的基础上,基于ADAMS软件建立采煤机的虚拟样机仿真模型,分别通过对其开展运动学和动力学分析验证了虚拟样机模型的准确性;最后,找出销轨连接间隙是导致销轨与销轮出现载荷冲击,也是导致销轮断齿的主要原因。
In order to further improve the productivity and reliability of the coal mining machine,the traction drive system of the coal mining machine is taken as the research object,based on the comprehensive analysis of its structure and main parameters,the virtual prototype simulation model of the coal mining machine is established on the basis of ADAMS software,and the accuracy of the virtual prototype model is verified through the kinematics and dynamics analyses of the model;finally,it is found out that the clearance of the pin-rail connection is the main reason of load impacts on pin rails and pin wheels,and also the main reason of broken teeth of the pin wheels.Finally,it is found that the gap between the pin-rail connection and the pin wheel is the main reason for the load impact between the pin rail and the pin wheel,which also leads to the broken teeth of the pin wheel.
