液压支架关键部位应力监测分析

摘要 为提升液压支架使用寿命,利用数值模拟软件,以ZY1000/08/15型液压支架为研究对象,对顶梁、掩护梁、前后连杆、底座的8种工况下的应力分布情况进行分析,确定了液压支架在8种工况下的应力集中点,为后续液压支架的运行监测系统研发提供一定的参考,为矿井智能化发展作出一定的贡献。 In order to improve the service life of hydraulic support,numerical simulation software is used to take ZY1000/08/15 hydraulic support as the research object,analyse the stress distribution of top beam,cover beam,front and rear connecting rods,and base under 8 kinds of working conditions,and determine the stress concentration points of the hydraulic support under 8 kinds of working conditions,which will provide a certain reference for the research and development of the operation monitoring system of the hydraulic support and make a certain contribution to the intelligent development of the mine.Intelligent development to make certain contributions.
