以“在线机械清理钢辊表面污物”为项目的教学探究

Teaching Research on the Project of“Online Mechanical Cleaning for the Steel Roll Surface Dirt”

校企合作过程中,教师与学生将专业知识充分利用到企业提供的实际工作场所,从而提升教学与学习效果,是众多高职院校着力追求的办学方式。以在线清理钢辊表面污物项目为例,结合《焊接方法与设备》课程相关知识,围绕康镁车间实际问题,展开教学设计。结果表明,以企业项目为驱动的实训教学方式,有助于提高学生专业技能。

In the process of school-enterprise cooperation,teachers and students make full use of professional knowledge in the actual workplace provided by enterprises,thereby improving the effect of teaching and learning,which is a school-running method that many vocational colleges strive to explore.This paper takes the project of online cleaning for steel roll surface dirt as an example,combines the relevant knowledge of Welding Methods and Equipment,and carries out teaching design around the practical problems of Kangmei workshop.The results show that enterprise project-driven teaching methods can help improve students'professional skills.
