摘要
在煤矿综采设备中,液压支架占据了相当大的数量、体积和重量,因此其回收效率对整个工程工期的长短具有至关重要的影响。当前,传统的撤回工艺无法满足综采工作面交错作业的需求,因此需要进行综采工作面液压支架回撤平台的结构优化设计和仿真分析。回撤平台结构优化主要是对传统采煤工艺进行分析,完成综采工作面液压支架采煤平台整体结构的设计;最后,利用ANSYS软件对主要结构进行了合理性、可靠性和安全性测试。
In the comprehensive mining equipment of coal mine,hydraulic support occupies a considerable quantity,volume and weight,so its withdrawal efficiency has a crucial influence on the length of the whole project duration.At present,the traditional withdrawal process cannot meet the demand of staggered operation of the comprehensive mining face,so it is necessary to carry out the structural optimization design and simulation analysis of the withdrawal platform of the hydraulic support in the comprehensive mining face.The structural optimization of the withdrawal platform is mainly to analyse the traditional coal mining process and complete the design of the overall structure of the hydraulic support coal mining platform for the comprehensive mining face;finally,the rationality,reliability and safety tests of the main structure are carried out by using ANSYS software.
