摘要
JC-300绞车适用于许多工况环境的场所,尤其在煤矿中应用广泛,绞车可以调度装卸煤炭物料,也可用于搬运重物。但由于JC-300绞车中间轴承载的力矩较大,制造工艺的偏差导致公差配合尺寸确定,在啮合过程中容易发生滑块与中间轴小齿轮之间的过顶现象,使滑块卡死,而中间轴小齿轮无法正常转动。基于工程中出现的实际问题,提出在绞车中间轴小齿轮和滑块中分别增加导轮,并在方案可行性分析后,利用ANSYS软件对导轮轴进行强度分析。研究成果表明了设计改进的合理性,为绞车中间轴结构优化设计提供了依据。
JC-300 winch is suitable for many working conditions,especially widely used in coal mines,the winch can be dispatched to load and unload coal materials,but also can be used to carry heavy loads.However,due to the intermediate shaft of JC-300 winch carries a large moment,the deviation of the manufacturing process leads to the determination of the tolerance fit size,in the process of meshing is prone to over-topping phenomenon between the slider and the intermediate shaft pinion,so that the slider jammed,and the intermediate shaft pinion can't rotate normally.Based on the actual problems occurring in the project,it is proposed to increase the guide wheel in the intermediate shaft pinion and slider of the winch respectively,and after the feasibility analysis of the programme,the strength analysis of the guide wheel shaft is carried out by using ansys software.The research results show the reasonableness of the design improvement and provide a basis for the optimisation design of the winch intermediate shaft structure.
