摘要
针对煤矿井下多变的地势地形,设计研究一种满足上运、平运及下运多种工况条件的可伸缩带式输送机,应用于倾角不同的巷道地形中。输送机更换工作面时,利用预留的安装机架,改变驱动及张紧的安装方式即可满足使用需求,无需另行购置新的带式输送机,从而提高设备的重复利用率,降低设备费用,达到节资降耗的目的。
Aiming at the changing terrain of underground coal mines,a retractable belt conveyor is designed and researched to meet the working conditions of upward,flat and downward transport,and is applied in the roadway terrain with different inclination angles.When the conveyor is replaced at the working face,the reserved mounting frame can be used to change the installation method of driving and tensioning to meet the use requirements without purchasing a new belt conveyor,thus improving the repeatability of the equipment,reducing the cost of the equipment,and achieving the purpose of saving money and reducing consumption.
