摘要
为解决钻机动力头在实际钻孔过程中由于地质条件不均匀而出现的振动影响钻孔效率和安全性的问题,在对全液压钻机动力头结构概述的基础上,基于ANSYS软件对其传动系统的固有特性进行分析;基于MATLAB软件构建了动态优化设计的目标函数、变量以及约束条件完成对传动系统关键参数的优化;基于ANSYS软件对优化效果进行综合评估,并达到预期效果。
In order to solve the problem that the vibration of the power head of the drilling rig affects the drilling efficiency and safety due to the uneven geological conditions in the actual drilling process,based on the overview of the structure of the power head of the all-hydraulic drilling rig,the intrinsic characteristics of the transmission system are analysed based on the ANSYS software;based on the dynamic optimization design of the objective function,variables and constraints are constructed based on MATLAB software to complete the optimization of the key parameters of the transmission system;the optimization effect is evaluated based on the ANSYS software.Based on MATLAB software,the objective function,variables and constraints of the dynamic optimisation design are constructed to complete the optimisation of the key parameters of the transmission system;based on ANSYS software,the optimisation effect is comprehensively evaluated and the expected effect is achieved.
