官地矿选煤厂粗煤泥分选的工艺优化改造研究

摘要 为解决官地选煤厂粗煤泥分选效果差、介耗高等问题,结合官地选煤厂的实际情况,对选煤厂粗煤泥分选工艺系统进行升级改造,设计采用三锥角旋流器替换传统的三产品旋流器,对现有的TBS粗煤泥分选系统进行改造。经升级改造后,官地选煤厂的洗选处理量增加80万t/a,提高精煤产率约0.15%,精煤灰分质量分数减少1.4%,大幅降低介质消耗,体现出显著的经济效益。 In order to solve the problems of poor coarse coal slurry sorting effect and high media consumption in Guandi Coal Preparation Plant,combining with the actual situation of Guandi Coal Preparation Plant,we upgraded the coarse coal slurry sorting process system of the plant,and designed to replace the traditional three-product cyclone by three-cone cyclone to modify the existing TBS coarse coal slurry sorting system.After the upgrading,the washing capacity of Guandi Coal Processing Plant is increased by 800,000t/year,the yield of refined coal is increased by about 0.15%,the ash content of refined coal is reduced by 1.4%,and the media consumption is greatly reduced,which reflects significant economic benefits.
