摘要
针对东曲煤矿现有快速掘进作业方案及支护中存在的问题,进行快速掘进支护工艺改进设计。通过分析计算锚索干支护参数,优化掘进机组掘进工艺,制定快速掘进及支护工艺流程,并进行工程应用。应用结果表明,该方案能有效控制巷道表面及围岩深部的变形,锚杆索支护也能满足施工要求。
For the existing rapid tunneling operation scheme in Dongqu Coal Mine,and the problems in the support,the rapid tunneling support process improvement design,through the analysis and calculation of the anchor cable dry support parameters,optimize the tunneling process of the tunneling unit,the development of rapid tunneling and support process,and engineering applications,application results show that the program can effectively control the deformation of the surface of the roadway and the deep part of the surrounding rock,the anchor cable support can also meet the construction requirements.construction requirements.
