论稷下学宫的人才思想

On the Talent Thought of Jixia Academy

稷下学宫是战国时期特定的社会环境与文化氛围的结晶,稷下学宫之所以在齐国出现有一定的必然性,是齐国特殊的经济政治文化条件的产物,是独具特色的齐地文化中结出的硕果。该文主要就稷下学宫的建立背景、稷下学宫的人才思想及其实践两方面展开论述,以春秋战国这一时代为背景,以人为中心,对稷下学宫人才思想及实践进行全方位、立体式考察,在充分运用基本史料和现有研究成果基础上,全面分析稷下学宫时期特殊人才现象出现的社会经济、政治、文化等深层次原因,总结探索人才成长规律性问题,以史为鉴,让稷下学宫文化遗产在守得住、传承好的前提下,发挥更多带动作用。

The Jixia Academy is the crystallization of the specific social environment and cultural atmosphere in the Warring States period.The reason why the Jixia Academy appeared in the State of Qi is inevitable,the product of the special economic,political and cultural conditions of the State of Qi,and the fruit of the unique culture of the state of Qi.This paper mainly discusses the establishment background of the Jixia Academy,the talent thought and practice of the Jixia Academy,takes the Spring and Autumn Warring States period as the background,focuses on the people,conducts an all-round and three-dimensional investigation of the talent thought and practice of the Jixia Academy,and makes full use of basic historical materials and existing research results.Comprehensively analyze the social,economic,political,cultural and other deep-rooted causes of the phenomenon of special talents in the Jixia Academy period,sum up and explore the law of talent growth,take history as a reference,so that the cultural heritage of Jixia Academy can play a more leading role under the premise of maintaining and inheriting well.
