摘要
目的研究甘姜苓术配方颗粒的化学成分,为后续的研发和应用奠定基础。方法采用Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),以0.1%甲酸水溶液(A)-0.1%甲酸乙腈溶液(B)为流动体系,采用电喷雾离子源,正、负离子模式下进行数据采集。结果共鉴定出67个化合物,包含22个黄酮类化合物、6个酚类化合物、10个苯丙素类化合物、10个萜类化合物、5个生物碱类化合物、5个氨基酸类和9个其他类化合物。结论对甘姜苓术配方颗粒的化学成分进行定性分析,为甘姜苓术配方颗粒的质量控制和临床应用提供了一定的依据。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Ganjiang Lingzhu formula granules and lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent research and development and clinical application.Methods Chromatographic separation was performed on a Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)with a mobile phase of 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution(A)-0.1% formic acid acetonitrile solution(B).Data acquisition was performed using an electrospray ionisation source in positive and negative ionisation modes.Results A total of 67 compounds were identified,containing 22 flavonoids,6 phenols,10 phenylpropanoids,10 terpenoids,5 alkaloids,5 amino acids and 9 other compounds.Conclusion The chemical composition of Ganjiang Lingzhu formula granules is qualitatively analyzed,which provides a basis for quality control and clinical application of Ganjiang Lingzhu formula granules.
