泰山地区黄精的本草考证

Herbal Textual Research on Polygonati Rhizoma in Mount Tai Region

目的明确泰山地区黄精的起源和来源植物。方法通过整理黄精的相关本草典籍,分析黄精的来源,对其形态、名称、产地分布等方面进行本草考证,对黄精的功效及药效成分分析确定泰山地区黄精的道地性。结果通过现有文献考证发现,泰山地区黄精属轮叶型,泰山地区黄精又名楼台黄精、鸡头黄精,其真品为百合科黄精属植物黄精Polygonatum sibiricum Red.,是目前泰山地区主要栽培种,多花黄精Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua也有少量分布。结论泰山地区黄精来源植物为轮叶型黄精,本研究为泰山地区黄精的合理开发利用提供依据。

Objective To study the herbal textual research of Polygonati Rhizoma in Taishan area.Methods The study was carried through sorting out the related materia medica classics of Polygonati Rhizoma,analyzing the origin plants of Polygonati Rhizoma,carrying out the materia medica research on its morphological characteristics,name,origin distribution and other aspects,and determining the geo-herbalism of Polygonati Rhizoma in Mount Tai region by analyzing its efficacy and pharmacodynamic components.Results According to the herbal and medical classics of the past dynasties,the plant in Mount Tai region was whorled-leaved.In Mount Tai region,Polygonati Rhizoma was also called Lou Tai Huang Jing or Ji Tou Huang Jing.The textual source was Polygonatum sibiricum Red.,a plant of the Liliaceae family,which was currently the main cultivated species in the Mount Tai region.There was also a small amount of distribution of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.Conclusion The herbal textual research of Polygonati Rhizoma in Taishan area is Polygonatum sibiricum Red,which provide reference for the rational development and utilization of Polygonati Rhizoma in Mount Tai region.
