摘要
回转式空气预热器(空预器)的漏风率影响着锅炉机组的经济效益,异形复合密封装置在克服空预器高漏风率缺陷中具有独特优势。为深入认识该密封装置的动力学特性,使其在推广应用时发挥最佳密封性能,基于弹塑性力学和理论力学,利用数值计算软件建立密封片-扇形板相互作用非线性动力学有限元模型,研究了异形复合密封片的动力学特性。结果表明:异形复合密封片的“合拢”“倾倒”复合形变可以增加其弹性和可靠性;密封片与扇形板动态相互作用时,密封片因发生振动而不会时刻与扇形板保持接触,合理增加密封片的刚度有利于减振降漏;密封片相对扇形板的运动速度对密封片的摩擦功耗有影响。研究结果为异形复合密封装置工程推广应用提供了一定参考。
The leakage of rotary air preheater(RAPH)affects the economic benefit of the power plants.The special-shaped composite seal device can reduce the leakage of RAPH.A non-linear dynamic finite element model of the seal-fan-shaped plate(FSP)interaction was established based on the elastoplastic and theoretical mechanics using numerical software,and the dynamic response characteristics of the special-shaped composite seal were studied.The results showed that the combined deformation of“folding”and“tipping”of the special-shaped composite seal increases its elasticity and reliability;during the dynamic interaction between the seal and the FSP,the seal will vibrate,so it will not keep contact with the FSP at all times,and reasonable increase of the stiffness of the seal is conducive to vibration reduction and leakage reduction;the friction power consumption of the seal is related to the speed of the seal relative to the FSP.The research results provide some guidance for the popularization and application in power plants of special-shaped composite seal devices.
