生活垃圾焚烧发电厂渗沥液处理系统调试实践

摘要 生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的生活垃圾在堆放发酵过程中析出的渗沥液中NH 3-N、COD等污染物含量高,且水质和水量波动大,处理难度高。文章通过“预处理+UBF厌氧+外置式MBR生化系统+纳滤NF+反渗透RO+STRO膜浓缩液深度处理系统”工艺在芜湖某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂渗沥液处理实践中的应用和调试进行分析阐述并进行了总结,为同类企业渗沥液项目的调试提供参考。 The leachate extracted from the domestic waste in the process of stacking and fermentation in the power plant has a high content of NH 3-N,COD and other pollutants,and the water quality and quantity fluctuate greatly,making it difficult to deal with.In this paper,the application and commissioning of"pretreatment+UBF anaerobic+external MBR biochemical system+nanofiltration NF+reverse osmosis RO+STRO membrane concentrated liquid advanced treatment system"in the leachate treatment practice of a domestic waste incineration power plant in Wuhu were analyzed and summarized,providing reference for the commissioning of leachate projects in similar enterprises.
