摘要
文章从高职财经商贸类人才培养的痛点、堵点、断点等问题入手,分析了在制造业与服务业两业融合趋势下,如何重新进行数字商业人才培养定位问题,并尝试提出用“对焦、打通、衔接”三板斧,形成新型数字商业人才培养的具体路径。研究表明,通过“产业引领、项目强化、人岗相适”的顶层设计,人才培养能够促进学校办学影响显著提升、人才出入口良性循环和产教的深度融合。
Starting from the pain points,bottlenecks,and breakpoints in the cultivation of financial and commercial talents in higher vocational education,this paper analyzes how to redefine the positioning of digital business talent cultivation under the trend of the integration of manufacturing and service industries,and attempts to propose a specific path for cultivating new digital business talents using the three axes of"focusing,breaking,and connecting".Research has shown that through a top-level design of"industry leading,project strengthening,and job-fitting",talent cultivation can significantly enhance the impact of school education,promote a virtuous cycle of talent entry and exit,and deepen the integration of industry and education.
