摘要
某MPV行驶时中排座椅存在抖动,从整车传递路径及座椅本体进行测试分析,明确了后悬架减振器为主要传递路径,座椅本体的Y向17Hz模态为主要响应。从座椅的角度出发,将座椅的导轨、坐垫骨架、靠背骨架进行改制,结果表明靠背骨架增加质量可改善中排座椅抖动。通过在座椅靠背增加不同频率吸振器的方案,使座椅抖动较原状态降低了53%,达到了可接受的水平。
The middle row seat shakes when a multi-purpose vehicle(MPV)is driving.Through the test and analysis of the vehicle transmission path and the seat body,it was found that the rear suspension vi-bration damper was the main transmission path,and the Y-17 Hz mode of the seat body was the main response.The mounting rail,cushion frame,and backrest frame of the seat were reconstructed,and the results show that increasing the mass of the backrest frame can improve the shaking of the middle row seat.By adding vibration absorbers for different frequencies to the backrest,the seat vibration is re-duced by 53%,which is acceptable.
