摘要
针对某型号汽车座椅电动滑轨噪音检测设备的总体方案与主要零部件结构,基于人机工程学理论采用Rhino软件设计了设备的外观造型。设备整体外观形态以直面、直线为主,面与面之间采用圆弧平滑过渡连接的造型风格;色彩配置的主色调采用白色和蓝色相搭配。生产验证结果表明:该设计对应的噪音检测设备实物操作简洁明了,对同类设备的外观造型设计具有参考意义。
In view of the overall scheme and main component structure of noise detection equipment for electric slide rail of automobile seats,the appearance of the equipment was designed using Rhino soft-ware based on the ergonomics theory.The overall appearance of the equipment features mainly straight surfaces and lines,with arcs smoothly connecting surfaces.The main colors of the equipment are white and blue.The production verification results show that the actual operation of the noise detection equip-ment designed on this basis is simple,and it provides a reference for the appearance design of similar equipment.
