基于HeNCORS的测量标志普查管理系统设计与实现

摘要 针对测量标志普查过程中存在的数据格式不一致、系统功能单一、定位精度不高等问题,综合利用Java、C#WinForm、地理信息等技术,提出了基于北斗位置服务的测量标志普查方法。基于HeNCORS的差分定位、普查软件桌面端和移动端、信息安全传输策略等关键技术,研发了基于HeNCORS的测量标志普查管理系统(App端和PC端),实现了与全国测量标志管理信息系统所需格式的无缝对接,提高了测量标志普查的效率和精度。实际应用表明,该系统具有成本低、操作便捷、易于规模化推广等优点,可为全省其他地市和县(区)测量标志普查工作提供参考。 Aiming at the problems of inconsistent data format,single system function and low positioning accuracy in survey marker census process,we put forward survey markercensusmethodbasedon Beidoulocationserviceby comprehensivelyutilizingJava,C#WinForm,geographical information and other technologies,and studied key technologies such as differential positioning based on HeNCORS,desktop and mobile census software and information security transmission strategy.We developed the survey mark census management system(App and PC)based on HeNCORS,which could realize seamless connection with the required format of national survey mark management information system,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of survey mark census.The practical application shows that the system has the advantages of low cost,convenient operation and easy popularization,and can provide reference for the survey marker census in other cities and counties(districts)in the province.
