校企协同思政育人分析与研究——以订单班为例

Analysis and Research on Collaborative Ideological and Political Education between Schools and Enterprises——Taking Order Class as an Example

近年来,高职院校校企合作过程中,思政教育内容、教育主体发生了变化,二者的联系也不够紧密。同时,校企合作订单班培养过程中,存在学生思政教育学校重视程度不够、思政教育主体较多、缺乏有效管理方式等问题,通过思政教育与企业生产相结合、共建教学团队、挖掘毕业设计等方法,切实提升订单班学生顶岗实习期间的思政教育水平,降低了学生离职率、提升了学生就业率,为学校解决学生就业问题、为企业解决招工用人问题提供了有力的支撑。后期将进行整个专业所有大三毕业生顶岗实习期间思政教育的研究,以期整体提升专业就业率、促进专业更进一步发展和提高。

In recent years,in the process of cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises,the content and subject of ideological and political education have changed,and the connection between the two is not close enough.At the same time,the problems of insufficient emphasis on student ideological and political education,a large number of ideological and political education subjects,and a lack of effective management methods in the training process of school enterprise cooperation order classes,by combining ideological and political education with enterprise production,co building teaching teams,and exploring graduation projects,we can effectively improve the level of ideological and political education for order class students during their on-the-job internships,reduced student turnover rate and increased student employment rate,providing strong support for schools to solve student employment problems and for enterprises to solve recruitment and employment problems.In the later stage,research will be conducted on ideological and political education during the internship period for all junior graduates in the entire major,with the aim of improving the overall employment rate of the major,promoting further development and improvement of the major.
