石墨烯改性纤维检测标准研究

摘要 在石墨烯改性纤维被广泛研究与应用的背景下,需研究石墨烯改性纤维检测标准,总结有效的检测方法。现有石墨烯改性纤维检测标准分为定性标准和定量标准。按照定性标准中的透射电镜法和拉曼光谱法进行试验,得出在定性过程中增加预处理步骤,即提取纤维中的石墨烯材料后,以透射电镜法为主要分析方法,可提高检测准确度。单一使用拉曼光谱法无法准确定性。现有定量标准主要采用元素分析法或热重分析法进行测试,对标准原理和测试步骤分析后,发现现行定量标准无法精确测得纤维中石墨烯材料含量,需研究纤维中的添加物是否为纯石墨烯的检测方法以及石墨烯与其他碳材料的分离方法,以完善石墨烯改性纤维的定量分析。 Graphene modified-fiber has been widely studied and applied.It is necessary to study the testing standards of grapheme-modified fibers and summarize effective testing methods.The existing graphene-modified fiber testing standards are divided into qualitative standards and quantitative standards.It is concluded that after adding a pretreatment step in the qualitative analysis to extract the graphene material in fiber,using transmission electron microscopy as the main testing method can improve accuracy.However,only analyzing by Raman spectroscopy cannot be used for accurate qualitative analysis of graphene-modified fiber.Existing quantitative standards are mainly tested by elemental analysis or thermogravimetric analysis.After analyzing the standard principles and test procedures,it is found that the current quantitative standards cannot accurately test the content of graphene materials in fibers.It is necessary to study the testing method of whether the additive in the fiber is pure graphene and the separation method of graphene and other carbon materials to improve the quantitative analysis of grapheme-modified fiber.
