定向水力压裂软化岩体过断层技术研究

摘要 以杜家沟煤矿2-105工作面过断层为工程背景,探究水力压裂技术在软化岩体方面的作用。基于工作面地质构造的条件来进行理论计算,从而得出水力压裂起裂压力与裂缝扩展半径,确定钻孔布置参数,现场实施钻孔压裂。结果表明:水力压裂技术可以促进岩体内部裂缝扩展,降低岩石完整度,提高采煤机破岩效率,缩短工作面过断层时间。 Based on the engineering background of passing through faults in the 2-105 working face of Dujiagou Coal Mine,this paper explores the role of hydraulic fracturing technology in softening rock masses.Based on the geological conditions of the working face,theoretical calculations are conducted to obtain the hydraulic fracturing initiation pressure and crack propagation radius,determine the drilling layout parameters,and implement drilling fracturing on site.The results indicate that hydraulic fracturing technology can promote the expansion of internal cracks in rock masses,reduce rock integrity,improve the efficiency of coal mining machine rock breaking,and shorten the time of working face passing through faults.
