摘要
山西太钢不锈钢股份有限公司炼铁厂六高炉干煤棚堆料机改造前均由驾驶人员现场操作,周围环境非常恶劣,冬冷夏热,粉尘较多,因此利用最新的无线通信技术和视频信号智能分析技术,并结合特定的算法,对六高炉干煤棚堆料机进行无人化改造。改造后的堆料机可智能识别料堆高度和料仓,自行堆料、料满自动行走或停止卸料,省去了中控操作人员和驾驶员的联系沟通环节,大幅度提升了作业效率,使堆料机驾驶员脱离了“苦、脏、累”的“3D作业环境”,同时彻底解决了驾驶员单人单岗作业的风险。
Before the renovation of the dry coal shed stacker for the sixth blast furnace in the ironmaking plant,it was operated on-site by drivers.The surrounding environment was very harsh,with cold winter and hot summer,and a lot of dust.The latest wireless communication technology and video signal intelligent analysis technology,combined with specific algorithms,were used to realize the unmanned transformation of dry coal shed stacker for the sixth blast furnace.After the renovation,the stacker can intelligently identify the height of the material pile and the material bin,stack materials on its own,and automatically walk or stop unloading when the material is full,eliminating the communication link between the central control operator and the driver,greatly improving work efficiency.The stacker driver is free from the"3D work environment"of"hardship,dirt,and fatigue".At the same time,it completely solves the risk of single person and single position operation for drivers.
