高速线材连续式飞剪剪刃位置超差报警系统及其应用

摘要 为解决转辙器动作与剪盘角度配合偏差造成的故障,设计了一套剪刃角度检测监控系统。基于连续式飞剪工作原理,深入研究剪刃位置超差报警功能及其应用。应用实践表明,该功能可实时检测剪刃角度偏差,给出超差时报警提示,及时处理设备异常,彻底解决了由此造成的堆钢、设备损坏等生产设备事故,对提升设备稳定运行有显著作用,也为同类型设备改造提供参考。 A set of blade angle detection and monitoring system has been designed to solve the faults caused by the deviation between the action of the turntable and the angle of the shearing disc.Based on the working principle of continuous flying shear,in-depth research is conducted on the alarm function and application of blade position deviation.Application practice has shown that this function can detect the deviation of the cutting edge angle in real time,give an alarm prompt when it exceeds the tolerance,promptly handle equipment abnormalities,and completely solve production equipment accidents such as steel stacking and equipment damage caused by this.It has a significant effect on improving the stable operation of equipment and provides reference for the transformation of similar equipment.
