烧结机头低低温电除尘技术应用探究

摘要 旨在低低温电除尘技术在燃煤电厂成功应用的基础上,研究了烧结机头烟气特性和低低温电除尘技术的特点,并分析了该技术在烧结机头除尘应用中可能带来的问题及处理措施,以探讨低低温电除尘技术在烧结机头除尘应用中的可行性,为钢铁厂烧结机头除尘改造或新设计提供了新思路。 Based on the successful application of low and low temperature electrostatic precipitator technology in coal-fired power plants,this paper studies the characteristics of flue gas from sintering machine heads and the characteristics of low and low temperature electrostatic precipitator technology,and analyzes the problems that may arise from the application of this technology in the dust removal of sintering machine heads and the treatment measures,in order to explore the feasibility of low temperature electrostatic precipitator technology in the application of sintering head dust removal and a new idea is provided for the transformation or new design of sintering machine heads in iron and steel plants.
