摘要
以山西某矿60903综采工作面内X12导水陷落柱治理为研究背景,结合钻探、物探资料,提出采用注浆加固方式封堵陷落柱导水裂隙、隔断底板含水层与陷落柱间水力联系并加固煤层底板强度,为采面回采过陷落柱创造良好条件。对陷落柱内注浆加固布置方案进行详细设计并应用,现场应用后,60903综采工作面过X12陷落柱期间及过陷落柱后均未出现涌水情况,煤层底板保持稳定,未出现开采设备下陷等问题,表明采用的注浆加固技术取得较好应用效果。
Based on the research background of the treatment of the X12 water conducting collapse column in the 60903 fully mechanized mining face of a certain mine in Shanxi,combined with drilling and geophysical data,it is proposed to use grouting reinforcement to seal the water conducting cracks of the collapse column,isolate the hydraulic connection between the bottom aquifer and the collapse column,and strengthen the strength of the coal seam floor,creating good conditions for the mining face to pass through the collapse column.Detailed design and application of grouting reinforcement layout plan for collapsed columns are conducted.After on-site application,there was no water inrush during or after passing through the X12 collapse column in the 60903 fully mechanized mining face.The coal seam floor remained stable and there were no problems such as mining equipment sinking,indicating that the grouting reinforcement technology used has achieved good application results.
