摘要 Alzheimer's disease(AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease histologically characterized by the presence of extraneuronal plaques, mainly formed by the 42-aminoacid isoform of amyloid-(Aβ_(1-42)),and by intraneuronal neurofibrillary to ngles, mainly formed by the tau protein and its hyperphosphorylated isoforms(p-tau).AD is the most common cause of dementia, with an estimated lifetime risk of about 1 in 10 for men and 1 in 5 for women.
