摘要
近年来,随着生活环境的改变和不良生活方式的形成,脑出血的患病呈现出年轻化的趋势。在18~50岁的青年人群中,脑出血已成为一种不可忽视的疾病,对其健康构成了严重的危害,但尚未对该群体进行广泛研究。本文对青年脑出血的流行病学、病因学、危险因素、治疗和预后的研究进展进行综述。
In recent years,there has been a notable alteration in living environments and the adoption of unhealthy lifestyles,leading to an increased incidence of non-traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage in young adults.Young adults aged 18-50 years now face a serious health threat due to intracerebral hemorrhage.However,comprehensive studies have not been conducted in this group.This article reviews the current research progress on the epidemiology,etiology,risk factors,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage in young adults.
