基础环式风机基础周期荷载损伤特征分析

摘要 基础环式风机基础的损伤累积破坏影响风力机系统的安全运行。针对基础环式风机运行过程中基础混凝土损伤问题,以内蒙古某49.5MW风电场为例,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立风机基础混凝土损伤模型,对比分析了静力荷载工况与周期性荷载工况下基础混凝土损伤变化规律。结果表明:静力荷载工况下,基础主要产生拉伸损伤,受压性能稳定,钢筋骨架未达到极限状态;相较于静力荷载,在周期性荷载作用下,拉伸损伤区域增大3倍,竖向扩展增加3倍,压缩损伤面积扩展2倍,位移量增加1.6倍,钢筋应力增大0.5倍,有助于解释周期性荷载作用下基础的损伤行为。 The cumulative damage of foundation of ring wind turbine affects the safe operation of wind turbine system.Aiming at the damage problem of foundation concrete during the operation of foundation ring wind turbine,the 49.5 MW wind farm in Inner Mongolia was taken as an example,the damage model of the wind turbine foundation concrete was established by using ABAQUS finite element software and the variation law of foundation concrete damage under static load and cycle load was compared and analyzed.The results show as follows.Under static load condition,the wind turbine foundation concrete mainly produces tensile damage,the compression performance is stable and the rebar skeleton has not reached the limit state.Compared with static load,under cycle load,the tensile damage area increases 3 times,the vertical expansion increases 3 times,the compressive damage area increases 2 times,the displacement increases 1.6 times,and the rebar stress increases 0.5 times,which is helpful to explain the damage behavior of the foundation under cycle load.
