高校人力资源信息化管理是现代高校管理的重要组成部分,它对于提高高校管理效率、促进教学和科研工作的发展具有重要意义。本文以“双一流”背景下高校人力资源管理信息化建设为研究主线,针对高校人力资源管理信息化建设中存在的问题,提出相应的推进人力资源管理信息化的建议。

Human resource informatization management in colleges and universities is an important part of modern college and university management,which is of great significance for improving the management efficiency of colleges and universities and promoting the development of teaching and scientific research.This paper takes the informatization construction of human resource management in colleges and universities under the background of“double first-class”as the main research line,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for promoting the informatization of human resource management in view of the problems in the informatization construction of human resource management in colleges and universities.
