高校化学实验室安全管理信息化平台建设研究

Research on Construction of Safety Management Informatization Platform for Chemical Laboratories in Colleges and Universities

信息化时代,加强化学实验室安全管理信息化平台建设,有利于高校健全安全风险管理体系,促进实验室安全管理落实到科研教学工作中。为此,文章以促进高校高质量发展为目的,采取文献分析等方法对高校化学实验室安全管理信息化平台建设进行了研究,分析了存在的问题,并基于问题导向,从基础数据、安全教育、安全检查、风险控制、资源流向、安全决策等方面进行了论述,提出了信息化平台建设的参考建议。

In the information age,strengthening the construction of the safety management informatization platform for chemical laboratories is conducive to improving the safety risk management system of colleges and universities,and promoting the implementation of laboratory safety management in scientific research and teaching.Therefore,for the purpose of promoting the high-quality development of colleges and universities,this paper studies the construction of the safety management informatization platform for chemical laboratories in colleges and universities by means of literature analysis and other methods,analyzes the existing problems,and discusses the basic data,safety education,safety inspection,risk control,resource flow,safety decision-making and other aspects based on the problem orientation,and puts forward reference and suggestions for the construction of the informatization platform.
