摘要
在健康中国背景下,为了更好地提升我国大学生体育素养水平以促进健康,对体育素养的论述从原有就体育谈体育素养逐渐转变为谈“体育为健康”的素养,由此,“体育健康素养”这一概念应运而生,并成为当前国际体育领域热门的研究主题。该文通过对体育健康素养的起源、内容维度和测评体系这3个方面进行梳理与分析,建议我国学者在大学生体育健康素养相关研究中明确体育健康素养的概念内涵,研制适合我国大学生人群的体育健康素养测评工具,开展大学生的体育健康素养水平调查,并分析我国大学生体育健康素养现状及影响因素,在此基础上进一步探讨提升大学生体育健康素养的对策和建议。
Under the background of Healthy China,in order to better improve the physical literacy level of college students to promote their health,the discussion of physical literacy has gradually changed from talking about sports literacy for sports to talking about"sports for health"literacy,and as a result,the concept of"physical health literacy"has come into being and become a current hot research topic in the international field of sports.By sorting out and analyzing the origin,content dimension and evaluation system of physical health literacy,this paper suggests that Chinese scholars should clarify the conceptual connotation of physical health literacy in the research related to college students'physical health literacy,develop an assessment tool suitable for the physical health literacy of Chinese college students,carry out a survey of the physical health literacy level of college students,analyze the current situation and influencing factors of college students'physical health literacy,and then further discuss countermeasures and suggestions for improving college students'physical health literacy.
