摘要 随着我国老龄化程度加剧,关注老年人心理健康成为当前社会关注的重点。太极拳是中国传统的一项健身运动,从体育运动心理学层面而言,进行太极拳运动对老年人的心理健康有着积极作用,有助于促进老年人社会交往,提高老年人的生活质量,对于健康老龄化社会的构建能够起到良好作用。基于此,该文结合老年人的心理特点以及心理健康标准,分析太极拳对老年人心理健康的影响,如改善心理状态、增强社会交往、调节神经递质等,并提出具体的锻炼方法,为老年人心理健康的促进提供新思路。 With the intensification of the degree of aging in China,paying attention to the mental health of the elderly has become a focus of current social attention.Taichi is a traditional fitness sport in China,and from the perspective of sports psychology,doing Taichi has a positive effect on the psychological health of the elderly,helps promote their social interaction and improves their quality of life,which plays a good role in building the healthy aging society.Based on this,combined with the psychological characteristics and mental health standards of the elderly,this article analyzes the impact of Taichi on the mental health of the elderly,such as improving their psychological state,enhancing their social interaction and regulating their neurotransmitters,and proposes specific exercise methods,so as to provide new ideas for promoting the mental health of the elderly.
