一种内外定子结构的多风区汽轮发电机外机座卧式配装挡风板工艺应用

摘要 本文介绍了一种多风区内外定子结构的汽轮发电机卧式配装挡风板工艺方法及应用。此工艺方法解决了立式配装挡风板一直存在占用关键厂房的紧张吊车资源、T型平台资源、作业高度高、效率低等问题,对于并行作业提高生产效率有积极作用。本文在定子外机座卧式配装挡风板的专用工具设计,测量中心柱的挠度计算,现场实配应用等方面进行分析阐述。 This paper introduces a process method and application of horizontal air deflector for turbogenerator with inner and outer stator structure in windy area.This technology has solved the existing problems of vertical wind deflector,such as occupying one span of crane resources,T-platform resources,high working height and low efficiency,and has a positive effect on improving production efficiency in parallel operation.In this paper,the design of special tools for horizontal assembly of wind deflector on stator outer frame,the deflection calculation of measuring center column and the field application are analyzed and expounded.
