在人工智能等新一代信息技术的推动下,智能船舶作为航运业数字智能转型的关键载体,成为推动航运业高质量发展的新引擎。通过分析了赛博航运的发展演化内涵和智能船舶的认知与辨析,梳理了智能船舶的发展现状,包括典型案例的进展、法律法规的修订完善以及基础设施的协同发展。在此基础上,探讨了智能船舶发展面临的关键技术难题和安全风险,对未来技术成熟度、应用广泛度以及基础设施与生产关系的变革进行了预判,并从行业未来的发展趋势角度提出了相关建议。

Driven by the new generation of information technology such as artificial intelligence,the smart ship,as a key carrier of the digital intelligent transformation of the shipping industry,has become the new engine to promote the high-quality development of the shipping industry.This paper analyzes the connotation of the development and evolution of cyber shipping and the cognition and discrimination of smart ships,and studies the development status of smart ships,including the progress of typical cases,the revision and improvement of laws and regulations and the coordinated development of infrastructure.On this basis,the key technical problems and safety risks faced by the development of smart ships are discussed,and the changes of future technology maturity,scope of application,infrastructure and production relations are forecasted,and relevant suggestions are proposed from the perspective of future development trends of the industry.
