锦屏一、二级水电站间歇性补水风险及对策研究

摘要 通过对锦屏一、二级水电站在间歇性补水工况的实地调查、数据分析,揭示了间歇性补水工况下存在的主要风险,包括闸坝安全、设备损坏、生态破坏等问题,并针对上述问题制定了梯级电站水文预报、闸门下泄流量计算、水位预测控制以及电站泄洪预警等一系列应对策略。本研究对于提高水电站在复杂补水环境下的运行安全性、效率及生态环境的改善,具有重要的理论和实践意义。 The major safety risks in intermittent water replenishment process of Jinping I and II hydropower stations are determined with field investigation and data analysis,including the safety of the dams and sluices,equipment damage and ecological damage.Then,a series of response measures are proposed,such as the hydrological forecasting of the cascade stations,calculation of the sluice discharge flows,prediction and control of the water levels,and early warning of the flood discharge.The study is of important theoretical and practical significance in improving the operational safety and efficiency and the ecological environment of the stations under complex water replenishment conditions.
