摘要 针对风电混塔工程中的螺栓松动问题,基于声弹性原理间接获得螺栓轴向预紧力与超声波在螺栓中传递时间的变化关系,提出基于超声波检测的风电混塔螺栓健康监测方法。通过螺栓健康监测单元、风机光纤环网、螺栓健康监控平台、云服务平台共同构成的监测系统,实现了混塔螺栓健康数据的采集、处理、存储、分析、评估和云服务。经工程验证表明,健康监测方法能够快速准确地实现螺栓的自动化监测,在螺栓健康的自动化监测、云平台管理方面具有好的应用前景。 To solve the bolt loosening issue in wind power steel-concrete composite tower structures,a bolt health monitoring method is proposed based on ultrasonic detection technique.Based on the acoustic elasticity principles,the relationship between the axial pre-tightening force of the bolts and the transmission time of ultrasonic waves in the bolts is determined indirectly.An intelligent monitoring system consisting of bolt health monitoring units,a wind turbine fiber optic ring network,a bolt health monitoring platform,and a cloud service platform is then developed,which can realize the collection,processing,storage,analysis,evaluation and cloud services for the wind power steel-concrete composite tower structures.Practical engineering verification shows that the proposed method can realize the automatic monitoring of the bolts quickly and accurately.It has good application prospects in automatic monitoring and cloud platform management of bolt health.
