With the continuous improvement of China s education and teaching level and the development level of market economy,the demand for the development of market economy on innovative technical and skilled talents is constantly increasing.Teachers are the guides of students,and teachers’teaching ability directly affects the efficiency and quality of students in their learning.Under the new backgrounds of teaching reform,the implementation of construting the community of teachers with theoretical and practical ability is the key to realize the cultivation of compound talents.Under the backgrounds of“Internet+”technology and innovative concept,strengthening the construction of community of teachers with theoretical and practical ability is helpful to further improve the teaching level.
