构建“双师型”教师共同体的行为逻辑

摘要 随着我国教育教学水平以及市场经济发展水平的不断提升,市场经济发展对创新型技术技能人才的需求不断增加。教师是学生学习中的引导者,教师的教学能力直接影响学生学习的效率和质量,在新的教学改革背景下,落实“双师型”教师共同体构建是高校实现复合型人才培养的关键。“互联网+”技术及创新理念构建背景下,强化“双师型”教师共同体的构建有助于进一步提升教学水平。 With the continuous improvement of China s education and teaching level and the development level of market economy,the demand for the development of market economy on innovative technical and skilled talents is constantly increasing.Teachers are the guides of students,and teachers’teaching ability directly affects the efficiency and quality of students in their learning.Under the new backgrounds of teaching reform,the implementation of construting the community of teachers with theoretical and practical ability is the key to realize the cultivation of compound talents.Under the backgrounds of“Internet+”technology and innovative concept,strengthening the construction of community of teachers with theoretical and practical ability is helpful to further improve the teaching level.
